Do you need the physical prototype to start?

No, we start from the technical CAD. The prototype is only needed for final material calibration, when we want the brushed chrome or the bouclé wood to look exactly as they will in production. If the prototype does not exist yet, we work on material swatches (single finish) or on photographic references provided by the brand.

Can you provide us with the 3D model after delivery?

Yes, we deliver in glTF/USDZ on request. The model stays yours: use it for AR Quick Look on iOS, 3D e-commerce, presentations to buyers. No proprietary lock-in.

How do you handle finish variants?

The scene is built to be repeatable: changing a finish means swapping the PBR material and re-rendering. Production time per variant under one working day, once the base material is calibrated.

How much does rendering cost compared to a photographer?

Above 6 finishes per SKU or above 3 different settings, rendering costs less than a photographer (no prototypes, no location, no logistics). Below that, it depends on time-to-market.

A 3D scene built from CAD, calibrated on a physical sample and repeatable for every variant: images ready for e-commerce, catalog and campaigns. 3D assets delivered to the design brand with no lock-in.

PBR modeling from CAD

We build the 3D model from native CAD (STEP, IGES, OBJ) or technical drawings. PBR materials true to the real product, not from a stock library.

Calibration on a physical sample

PBR materials are calibrated on the physical sample sent by the brand. Rotation test under directional light to validate brushed chrome, burnished brass, textile material.

Lifestyle scene or still-life packshot

Room set built on the catalog target, or a still-life packshot on a neutral background for e-commerce. We decide the approach together during the briefing.

4K multi-channel output

Multi-format crops ready at delivery: e-commerce sheets, catalog pages and social formats (1:1, 9:16). Same scene, different formats, unchanged quality.

Reusable scene library

3D assets archived for future variants. New finishes, additional materials, reconfigurations: all from the master scene, without starting over.

glTF / USDZ delivery

3D assets delivered in glTF (WebGL) or USDZ (AR iOS) on request. No proprietary lock-in: the model is yours, reusable for AR Quick Look and 3D e-commerce.

How we work on product rendering

A structured 4-phase process, from CAD to the archived 3D asset. Stated timelines, flexible revisions included.

Briefing and modeling

Analysis of the product, target and objectives. We receive native CAD (STEP, IGES, OBJ) or technical drawings. We build the 3D model and calibrate the PBR materials on the physical sample.

02.

Draft scene and review

We produce the lifestyle scene or packshot in low-res. Shared review of framing, light, mood. Rotation test under directional light. Flexible revisions included.

03.

Final render and variants

High-resolution render of the master scene. Generation of finish, material and color variants from the base model. Multi-channel crops (1:1, 4:5, 16:9, 9:16).

04.

Multi-format delivery

4K JPG images + transparent PNG. Optimized 3D model (glTF/USDZ) on request. 3D assets archived for future variants.
