The price is built around the scene. The first image of a new space includes the modeling and starts at €250 for an interior, €700 for an exterior. Each additional view of the same space costs less: €150 for an interior, €200 for an exterior. If you provide the 3D model the modeling line goes down: the geometry still has to be optimized, and lighting and materials are still built from scratch.

No. The calculator provides an indicative range to help you orient your budget. The final quote is produced after a project analysis and includes timeline, phases, and cost range. All prices are VAT excluded.

Timelines depend on complexity: a single rendering takes indicatively 2-5 working days from receipt of material. For larger projects timelines are agreed together. Flexible revisions are included for each deliverable.

Ideally you should have dimensioned floor plans (DWG or PDF), material and finish specifications, and if available a 3D model (SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, 3ds Max). If you only have schematic plans we can still work: 3D modelling is included in the service.

The price includes: 3D modelling (if not provided), application of photorealistic materials and textures, lighting, high-resolution rendering, professional post-production, and flexible revisions per deliverable.
