The price is built around the scene. The first image of a new space includes the modeling and starts at €300 for an interior, €700 for an exterior. Each additional view of the same space costs less: €150 for an interior, €200 for an exterior. These are starting prices, and they hold even if you already have the 3D model.

No. The range is there to orient your budget, not to bind you. The real quote comes after we've seen the drawings: from there, timing, phases and an itemized breakdown. All prices net of VAT.

A single rendering takes 2-5 working days from when we have the complete material. On larger projects we agree on the date before starting, and you find it written in the quote. Changes happen at draft stage, as many as you need.

Ideally: dimensioned floor plans (DWG or PDF), notes on materials and finishes, and the 3D model if you have one (SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, 3ds Max). Schematic plans are enough too: we do the modeling, and it's already inside the first image.
