How we work
Timelines, pricing and method, stated before we start
Every project has timelines, payments and revisions already set by the brief. Here is how we work, from the first call to file delivery.
Timelines stated at project start
Flexible revisions
Public price list, electronic invoicing
Most rendering studios answer "it depends" on timelines, pricing and revisions. We state them upfront. Below, how we work from the first call to delivery.
Timelines
Delivery times
Timelines stated at project start and met. Rush jobs under 48 hours carry a surcharge, communicated in advance.
Single render
2 working days after we receive the material. The exact timeline is set at the briefing, based on complexity and available slots.
Interior package (5 images)
5 working days after we receive the material. The exact timeline is set at the briefing, based on complexity and available slots.
Product rendering series (10-20 images)
10 working days after we receive the material. The exact timeline is set at the briefing, based on complexity and available slots.
Payments
Payments
Deposit and balance (50/50): deposit on confirmation, balance on delivery. For large projects, an intermediate stage at draft approval. Public price list and electronic invoicing.
At kickoff
On confirmation of the brief and the order.
At the first review
For large projects only, at approval of the low-resolution drafts.
On delivery
On release of the final high-resolution files.
Revisions
Revisions
We work with flexible revisions: we refine the image until it is right. We define the scope of revisions together in the quote. A change of scene or framing is a new briefing, not a revision.
Revisions
Flexible, defined in the quote

New briefing

We deliver files in the industry-standard working formats, ready for print, web and integration.

3D model archive
We keep your project's 3D model for at least three years after delivery.

New variants: timelines and costs reduced compared with producing from scratch
